Bali Villa Samuan is located in the very center of what is now considered Seminyak "Prime District", a save upmarket neighborhood that is home to some of the classiest Properties on the island. It is close to the well-known Oberoi and Legian hotels, 20 minutes drive from the airport and convenient for all off Bali's main shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and vibrant night spots.

Main House
The Villa has a main living room, dining area, relax area, television screen, music installation, wirerless internet connection, fully equiped separate private kitchen, if you want to cook and seperate guest toilet. The living room is connected to the luxery air conditioned master-bedroom, with a four poster bed, 32" lcd television with a seperated big dressing- area, connected to the bathroom with a wooden bathtube, shower and toilet.
In the garden is a 12 meter long pool, with iron wood deck, surrounded by cocconut trees, The Bale, a open living area at the end of the garden with small kitchenette, is connected to a A.C. guest-room with four poster bed, shower and toilet. There is a seperate A.C. private massage-room with wooden bathtube and outdoor shower.
Guesthouse
The Guesthouse has a big living room, dining area, relax area, television, small kitchenette, wireless internet connection, and is connected to two separated A.C. bedrooms with garden vieuw, television, bathrooms, shower and toilet. One bedroom has two single beds, one bedroom a four poster bed. The guesthouse has a private 9 meter pool, with iron wood deck and an open Bale, situated in an coconut-tree garden surrounded by walls.
